INFORMATION-SHIPPING-RETURNS
Before finalizing the purchase, you can request more photographs and information about the pieces you are interested in.
Shipping of products is free. Also, by prior arrangement, the order can be collected from the workshop itself, on which I will apply a discount of €50 on delivery. Deliveries are made between three and seven days depending on the distance of the destination and the transport.
I make returns effective upon receipt of the product in my workshop, the costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
PRODUCT DETAILS
All pieces are unique, numbered and signed by Pep Morera. Accompanied by a technical description and a certificate of authenticity. When purchasing a piece from the exhibition, you must bear in mind that you are purchasing an exclusive ceramic, created using traditional ceramic techniques, so you must assume that the marks, pores, fingerprints, small stains and other singularities are those of an artistic ceramic, which is what differentiates it from an industrial one. You can also add an identity label to your purchase, which shows the identification and date you wish. This process can be done after the purchase or at the same time as the ceramic is purchased. If this is the case, delivery of the set takes between two and four days due to the work of inscribing and firing the ceramic label.
