Shipping of products is free. Also, by prior agreement, the order can be collected from the workshop itself, on which I apply a discount of €60 on delivery. Deliveries are attempted to be made within a period of between 3 and 7 days depending on the distance of the destination and the transport that covers it. In the return policy I establish a maximum of 7 days, from receipt, for the order to be made, with the shipping costs to be paid by the customer. Once the return is received in the correct condition, I make the refund.

The delivery of each work includes a technical description of the piece and a certificate of authenticity signed by Pep Morera. When purchasing a piece from the exhibition, you must bear in mind that you are buying a unique piece, made in an artistic workshop using the means of manufacturing artisanal ceramics. Therefore, you must assume that the marks, pores, fingerprints, small stains and other singularities are typical of artisanal ceramics and are part of the same creation, in addition to being what differentiates it from industrial and mass-produced ceramics. If you wish, you can request the delivery of 6 photographs of the piece you are interested in, in which I will cover all the angles of view of it, so that you can make a better examination.
